A word about the negatives

Who owns them?

Traditionally, negatives and the copyright of the images remain the property of the photographer but since some couples feel strongly about owning the negatives themselves, I provide them the opportunity to purchase the negatives at the following rates.  Please note, it is illegal to make copies of or scan prints unless you are in possession and own the negatives.

Note: Another way to own your own negatives is to book a "Free and Clear Package" or... to book "The Everything Package"

$600-$799                                             $100 or $20/roll (whichever's less)

$400-$599                                             $200 or $20/roll (whichever's less)

$200-$399                                             $300 or $20/roll (whichever's less)

less than $200                                        $400 or $20/roll (whichever's less)

In order to purchase negatives, you must purchase the entire set. I will not sell single sets of negatives.

Please note:

I will store negatives for 8 months after the wedding date. After that, they will be discarded. I will attempt to contact you before discarding the negatives to see if you wish to purchase them.

A short outdoor session (approx. 30-45 min.) including all proofs

Mileage charges (no charge within Saskatoon city limits)

Since the price of gas is always changing the mileage is calculated by this formula:

Price of gas/liter (in Saskatoon) X .6 X total no. of kilometers (round trip from photographers home)  eg. at 79 cents per liter...(total round trip of 200 km would be .79  X .6 X 200 =$94.80)
